Switchback Cycle Works

Refunds

Switchback Cycle Works sells digital items for its games through its own Stripe account. Switchback Cycle Works is the seller.

• Ask the studio about refunds. Your account.
• Anything else (an item you used, a problem, a purchase you did not make): ask Switchback Cycle Works. The studio's owner can refund any order with one tap.
• A parent who paid for a teenager's item can ask the same way.
• Disputes: a card dispute never deletes or locks your account. While it is open nothing changes; if the bank decides it for you, that one item is taken back as a refund would.
• Entitlements are delivered to your account at once. The studio sets its refund terms; your statutory rights still apply.

Prices are in CAD. Tax is added at checkout where it applies.
